The data you complete in this form will be collated and used to create a new membership database for Pop Chorus.

The data is being collected to ensure that we have the most up to date contact information, that the proper consents are obtained in relation to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and that Pop Chorus is able to actively manage your data accurately.
How will it be used?
The data will be used to populate a new database and as a reference source for future correspondence, subscriptions, payment information and communications relevant to your membership and the activities of the choir.

This data will be secured within Pop Chorus, stored within servers for which it acts as exclusive controller and only shared with third party developers in relation to specific projects where members have explicitly opted to participate and to provide consent for the use of their giveninformation.
What will be the effect of this on the individuals concerned?
Members who have completed the mandatory sections of this form will be added to the new Pop Chorus database including the points of contact and other elements which may constitute personal information.
This new database is being created to replace the existing version.
